Joe Allan wins All-Star OF award at ToC

Congratulation to Joe Allan of the Guzzlers for picking up an all-star outfielder award at the World Tournament of Champions August 14-18 in Kitchener/Cambridge. Joe was excellent in CF all week taking away many hits as well as going 6-13 with 5 runs, 2 RBI and a SB. He was also game MVP versus the Niagara Snappers.

Also Steve Walman gets an honourable mention for going 5-12 with a run and 4 RBI. He also picked up game MVP versus Jarvis.

Congrad's Joe, you have always been a player that was able to raise your play when needed, this proves you are truly one of the best players in Eastern Ontario and the ISC II.

Steve congrads on a good week as well, you are another player that can really raise his game. I guess no one knows to throw you change-ups and watch them hit the arena until you eventually pop one up, I guess thats just an BMFL secret ;-)

I am sure other had good weeks as well, so congrads to everyone, I know I was watching the web for updates and I am sure other back home were as well, you all made us proud.
